The DESIGN PROCESS FOR EVENT BRANDING + CORPORATE MARKETING COLLATERAL begins with a phone, virtual or email consultation, based upon your preference and schedule.
Upon scheduling a 15-Minute Discovery Call, a video chat link will be sent if you would like to meet up virtually. During this consultation, I extract as much information as possible about your visual essential needs and ensure we are a good collaborative fit.
Within 2-3 business days of our consultation, I will provide you with an estimate based on specifications discussed during the consultation
Whether you are planning an event or visually branding your business, pricing will vary due to numerous factors involved with custom design + printing. Your final investment is dictated by complexity of overall design/layout, materials & embellishments, type of printing, enhancements, production time and quantity.
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially book your order. Payments are accepted via Square, PayPal or direct credit card processing. You will receive a design and production timeline of scheduled due dates for the entire project.
All design samples (also called proofs) are provided as PDF files for your design project. Physical copies are not provided as part of the proofing process but can be provided for an additional custom sample fee.
Note: Production will not begin until you are completely satisfied with ALL design elements.
Upon your approval of the final design, your design will be ready for production. All digital designs are created using the Adobe Creative Suite.
The production process can take anywhere from 3-5 business days or even 5 to 10 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated on a client-by-client basis for an additional fee.
The visual essentials will be delivered and/or shipped with love by the promised date on your design schedule.
Booking a PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION does not require a virtual consultation. However, I would still like to connect with you prior to the scheduled photoshoot.
Book a 15-Minute Discovery Call and we will get to know one another and discuss details about your “shoot” (location, wardrobe selection, etc.) and answer any questions you should have about the “day of” and/or pricing.
Schedule your photoshoot and pay a non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your final invoice.
If the photoshoot has to be canceled due to inclement weather or personal emergency, you will have the opportunity to reschedule.
24 hours prior to your photoshoot, you will receive a text/email with final details to assist you on the day of.
On the day of the photoshoot, we will break the ice with some test shots and do what we came to do for the allotted time you have you scheduled! It’s going to be a good time! *click, click!*
The second deposit is due at the beginning of the “shoot.”
After the “shoot,” I will send you some a couple of sneak peeks within 24 hours and then I will start the editing process which can take 7-10 business days. Event Branding + Wedding photography editing has a 3-6 week turnaround time. Rush services available for additional charge.
Once the edits are complete, you will receive a link to your photo gallery! You will be able to preview the images and make your digital and/or print selections based on prior communication.
