Our Process

  • Schedule a virtual meeting to discuss the details of the event or photoshoot.

    During this meeting, we will also determine the style + mood, and address any special requests such as location and props.

  • We will confirm project details (date, time, location) and move forward with signing of contract and payment of deposit.

  • Ensure everything is ready for the photoshoot! Client will receive a pre-shoot checklist (e.g., what to wear, location details, timeline). We will also finalize any shot lists or themes (e.g., family portraits, candid moments, product shots).

  • We will meet at the provided location and collaborate to achieve the agreed-upon style and vision.

    Ensuring a smooth flow, guidance will be provided to the client through poses or interactions.

  • Review the photos and select the best shots you would like to be lightly edited. We will ensure consistency with the agreed-upon style (e.g., light, airy, dramatic, etc.).

  • Final images will be delivered in the agreed-upon format (e.g., digital files, prints, albums).

    Print products (albums, framed photos, etc.). are available for purchase.

The EVENT BRANDING DESIGN PROCESS:

Starts with a consultation via phone, virtual meeting, or email.

After scheduling a 15-Minute Discovery Call, a video chat link will be provided if you prefer. During this call, we'll gather details about your visual needs and assess collaboration.

Within 2-3 business days, an estimate will be sent based on our discussion. Pricing varies due to factors like design complexity, materials, printing type, enhancements, production time, and quantity. To confirm your order, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Payments can be made via Square, PayPal, or credit card.

You'll receive a project timeline with due dates. Design proofs are provided as PDFs; physical samples can be requested for an additional fee.

Production starts only after your final design approval and can take 3-5 business days or 5-10 weeks, with rush orders available for an extra fee. Deliveries will arrive by the scheduled date.
